Since our session, Zuzana has used these images across her social media, to tell her story and create an authentic and lasting connection with her audience.

Zuzana’s workstation at Liquid Impact Tattoo was the most homey and colourful space I had ever seen: complete with snack tray, fire place, TV, and decorations galore. We shared probably 10 straight minutes of laughter during our 15-minute intro chat, where I learned about how Zuzana got into tattooing, how much she cares about her clients, and how passionate she is about working for people (as a tattoo artist and mental health advocate)! From there, we collaborated for about 3 weeks to craft a comprehensive shot list, ensuring every image would show her most real essence.

During our 6-hour session, Zuzana set to work with her client, and I set to work to capture the story of this session as it unfolded, looking for those moments of pride, joy, and magic! Take a look at how it went!
